Athletic Field
UPDATE: Please note, the BCRP Permits Office is currently closed for walk-ins. We ask that you call or email us directly to address any questions or concerns.
Athletic applications will be accepted online.
- Spring/Summer 2022 Historical requests will be accepted beginning 12/19/22 via online. An application is required for historical use.
- December 19 - December 31 for schools and youth to apply for any athletic fields for Spring and Summer
- January 9 - January 16 for historical adults to apply for any athletic fields for Spring and Summer
- January 23rd for all others to apply for any athletic fields for Spring and Summer
- All historical requests must be submitted no later than 01/16//23
- Any historicals received after 1/16/2023 will roll into the public submissions that will begin on 01/23/23

- ALL submissions must be submitted online.
- Please be sure to submit all Game and Practice schedules 3 weeks prior to your start date.
- Note: Beginning Fall/Winter 2023, there will be an application fee for all athletic field permits as well as an increase in permit fees. More information will be provided in the Spring.
